Lisa Molter

Lisa Molter started working with Family First Home Companions in March 2008.  She had experience in caring for her own elderly mother and being in a supervisor role for 10 years.  Out of these experiences Lisa has proven to be an excellent caregiver and a dependable, dedicated employee.

One of the best qualities about Lisa is that she’s always willing to help by covering additional shifts, even when it means rearranging her schedule.   When called at the last minute to cover for someone, she always pulls through.  Another wonderful quality about Lisa is that she cares deeply for her seniors, and can handle any situation whether it’s challenging or easy.   Some of Lisa’s clients have had severe dementia and required a lot of supervision, guidance, and assistance with daily activities.  Lisa is someone who is tough enough to care for the most resistant client and sensitive enough to show extraordinary compassion and devotion to her clients.

Lisa has a strong understanding of Alzheimer’s disease.  She has helped clients both in early and late stages.  Some of her clients required a care taker with a lot of patience, ability to handle challenges, and compassion.   Lisa was able to step up to the role with ease and tenacity.   Other clients required the caregiver to be understanding of the fact that they were new to home care and were uncomfortable at first.  After two visits, Lisa made those clients feel comfortable with her in their home and happy to have her company.
